- correct address:Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
- delivery time:.Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 2 business days you place your order. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
- order tracking:Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out. It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit via online tracking on our website.

Return policy
- Contact us first:If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products or products do not work properly ,please contact us first.We will try our best to solve your problem.
- Returns within 30 days:Returns within 30 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. After the initial 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements, but no refunds, for defective products up to 12 months from original purchase.
- Returns in original packging:A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items(Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).
- Return Merchandise Authorization:All returned products must be authorized by email your request to us; we will not accept returns without authorization.
- Defective products:All our products have a one-year warranty. A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect and deadline. However, we cannot offer in the following cases:
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Order cancellation:If it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order,you must cancel the order before it is processed. If the order is already being processing, we can not guarantee cancellation or reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
